Surecare365 hold regular training programmes for their professional foster carers and family members. Carers are encouraged to gain qualifications in child care related subjects and to develop their personal and professional skills, knowledge and understanding.

Surecare365 are developing a training programme to meet the needs of the Surecare365 Independent Fostering Panel. This programme will help members fulfil their role in accordance with the Fostering Services Regulations 2002.
